XRP edged up by 1.07%, hovering around $1.10 as the overall cryptocurrency market experienced a modest rebound. The total crypto market capitalization increased by 0.9%, reaching $2.21 trillion, with major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Dogecoin also gaining ground.

The price action for XRP has been confined within a narrow band between $1.06 and $1.09 recently. Buyers have consistently stepped in at these levels, preventing further declines. Breaching the $1.10 mark could put resistance around $1.13 to $1.15 back into focus. Should XRP surpass $1.15, traders will likely turn their attention to $1.24 and $1.28 as potential targets. On the downside, falling below $1.08 might reopen the path toward the $1.05 support level.

Exchange Flows and Market Indicators Hint at Accumulation

Data from Binance reveals a significant slowdown in XRP deposit and withdrawal activity over the past month, dropping from approximately 650,000 transactions in June to around 350,000. This decline in exchange movement is often interpreted as holders choosing to retain their XRP rather than sell, potentially signaling accumulation ahead of a price rally similar to what occurred in October 2025.

The Network Value to Transactions (NVT) ratio surged by 144.21% to 697.6 within a day. This implies that XRP's market capitalization is growing faster than its on-chain transaction volume, which can reflect heightened investor optimism, although it also raises questions about whether price gains are fully supported by network usage.

Funding rates increased by over 52% to 0.008685, indicating that traders holding long positions are willing to pay a premium to maintain bullish bets. This suggests steady confidence among market participants without signs of excessive use.

Technical analyst ChartNerd pointed out that XRP bounced off an ascending support line but must break through Fibonacci resistance levels near $1.12 to $1.13 to aim for the recent local high around $1.16. The daily 50 moving average remains a key factor influencing the current trend.

On July 23, Ripple introduced Ripple Mint, a new platform designed to allow institutions to mint, redeem, and manage RLUSD stablecoins smoothly within a single interface. While this platform strengthens Ripple’s stablecoin infrastructure, it does not directly increase demand for XRP tokens.

Meanwhile, regulatory progress continues as the U.S. CLARITY Act advances through Congress, which could shape the future landscape for XRP and similar digital assets.

XRP remains positioned near key support and resistance levels as broader market dynamics and institutional developments unfold.
