XRP is once again hovering close to the $1 level, but the chances of it dropping below that point have increased sharply. The small upward support line that had kept XRP afloat throughout most of July is now weakening, as the price dips under its short-term moving averages. Despite repeated tests of this $1 floor, sellers seem ready to push the price lower if buyers fail to defend it.

Weakness in XRP’s Momentum Signals Trouble Ahead

Over recent sessions, XRP’s technical indicators have worsened. An attempt to climb back toward the 50-day exponential moving average (EMA) was quickly rejected, showing the bulls lack steam. The 200-day moving average remains much higher at $1.43, reinforcing the broader bearish sentiment while XRP trades below the 26-, 50-, and 100-day moving averages. The trading range itself is shrinking, which often precedes a sharp move.

Adding to the risk, XRP has formed a pattern of lower highs while leaning on a support line that rises slowly. This kind of setup often breaks with a sudden drop rather than a rally. Without a strong push past resistance at about $1.11 to $1.12, the odds favor a downward break. Volume hasn’t picked up enough to support any bullish reversal, leaving the price vulnerable.

Zcash Remains Steady Around $500 Amid Market Uncertainty

Zcash (ZEC), meanwhile, is holding the critical $500 psychological barrier. The crypto hasn’t generated enough momentum to break out significantly but has managed to avoid major downturns. Stability near this level is key for ZEC, as a fall below $500 could trigger further losses. Traders remain cautious, watching closely for signs of strength or weakness to determine if $500 will hold or give way.

Hyperliquid Shows Potential for a Bounce Back to $70

Hyperliquid (HYPE) could see a rebound toward $70 after recent price action hints at a recovery. Although the asset has faced resistance, the setup suggests a possible bounce if buying volume picks up. This potential recovery stands out as one of the few bright spots in a market otherwise showing fatigue. Yet, as with XRP and ZEC, momentum and volume will be critical in confirming the move.
