XRP hovered around $1.06 on July 28, pulling back after a recent dip and nearing the key $1 support level. Despite ongoing inflows into US spot XRP ETFs, the pace has slowed sharply, reflecting a cooling appetite among investors.

On July 27, XRP ETFs saw a net inflow of $592,470, bringing total cumulative inflows to about $1.5 billion. However, total net assets hovered near $1 billion, with daily trading volumes at $12.63 million. Earlier in July, inflows were notably stronger, hitting $2.49 million on July 20 and $5.66 million on July 21 before stalling for three days straight.

The slowdown doesn't indicate outflows yet, but fresh buying represents less than 0.1% of ETF net assets, showing demand is waning. Meanwhile, XRP’s price decline has shrunk the value of ETF holdings, pushing net assets below $1 billion despite no major withdrawals, as the token’s market value falls.

Technical Signals Point to Bearish Control

XRP traded below its 20-, 50-, 100-, and 200-day moving averages, all aligned in a bearish sequence. The Relative Strength Index dropped to 41.06, signaling persistent downward momentum without yet reaching oversold levels. Selling pressure remains, though it lacks the panic volume seen during June’s sharp drop.

Support is immediate at $1.04, with the $1.00 $1.02 range critical for defenders of the token’s value. XRP managed to hold this zone during late June’s sell-off, but a daily close beneath it could open the door to further declines. The token’s journey below $1 would be a key moment for traders and investors watching ETF inflows and price action closely.
