Robinhood is currently negotiating with Crypto.com to integrate the exchange’s binary event contracts into its prediction markets platform, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal on Friday. This move would allow Robinhood users to trade Crypto.com’s yes-or-no contracts directly within the Robinhood app.

Since launching its prediction markets feature in March 2025, Robinhood has aggregated contracts from partners like Kalshi, ForecastEx, and Rothera, the latter being a CFTC-licensed derivatives exchange where Robinhood also invested in 2025. Adding Crypto.com would further diversify Robinhood’s offering by combining proprietary infrastructure with third-party providers.

Robinhood reported over 16 billion event contracts traded on its platform so far in 2026, a notable jump from 12 billion in the previous year. Kalshi, which holds a strong position in US-regulated prediction markets, especially for events like the World Cup with $27 billion in contracts, now views Robinhood as a significant competitor despite continuing as a contract supplier.
