RISEx has hit a major milestone by processing over $3 billion in cumulative trading volume during its invite-only beta phase. This achievement sets the stage for the launch of its public rewards program, Ignite: Season 1, designed to accelerate ecosystem growth and deepen community engagement on the high-throughput RISE Chain.

Strong Traction Ahead of Public Launch

The platform's early access phase ran for three months and attracted more than 15,000 users who joined through a merit-based referral system. During this period, RISEx maintained over $26 million in open interest and secured $15 million in total value locked, establishing itself as a serious contender in decentralized perpetual trading. The recent conclusion of Season 0 rewards distribution acknowledged those early participants who traded without guaranteed incentives, highlighting RISEx's commitment to rewarding genuine activity.

A Unique Rewards Model Focused on User Activity

Unlike other platforms that spread incentives thinly across multiple ecosystem participants, RISEx funnels 100% of its RISE points directly to active users, including traders, liquidity providers, and code integrators. This approach aligns rewards with actual on-chain activity, strengthening the protocol’s position as a product-centric venue built for long-term community ownership and eventual token distribution. The launch coincides with a broader trend of decentralized derivatives gaining market share from traditional centralized venues, particularly as RISEx rolls out advanced features like cross-asset netted-margining and native Real-World Asset trading.

Sam Battenally, CEO and co-founder of RISE Labs, emphasized their priority on platform stability before launching incentives. This careful approach contrasts with many competitors who rush rewards programs ahead of functional readiness, ensuring RISEx’s ecosystem foundation is solid enough to support sustained growth.
