ONDO collapsed to $0.34, a two-week low, after the project's wallet unloaded another batch of tokens. The altcoin now trades around $0.37, down 5.28% daily and 10% over the week, following four consecutive days of lower closes since rejection at $0.42.

The selling pressure comes straight from Ondo Finance's team wallet. According to Nazoku data, it deposited 4 million ONDO worth $1.56 million to Coinbase on this particular day, continuing a larger liquidation that started weeks earlier. The wallet received 22.5 million ONDO from the team and has already moved 20.2 million to Coinbase in daily batches of 4 million each.

Team wallets dumping tokens typically scare traders. Even when developers try to soften the blow by breaking deposits into smaller chunks, the market reads the move as a warning sign. Sentiment takes a hit. Buyers tend to pull back. It's the same pattern everywhere in crypto.

Exchange data shows demand falling short

CoinGlass spotflow confirms the struggle. ONDO's spot netflow turned positive just once in the past seven days. As of now it sits at negative $1.51 million, a sharp drop from $744,000 the day before. Traders are trying to absorb the pressure, but there simply aren't enough buyers stepping in.

On the protocol side, inflows to Ondo Finance hit $215 million, the highest since early May. That's solid ecosystem demand. Yet it hasn't been enough to offset the constant drip of tokens hitting exchanges. When protocol inflows meet exchange outflows like this, momentum usually breaks downward.

Technicals point lower

ONDO's MACD formed a bearish crossover and dropped to 0.01. The RSI fell to 48 after its own bearish cross days ago. Both signals align. The trend is weakening, and without a sudden flood of fresh demand, the coin could test lower support levels soon.
