Starting this month, Hungary has eliminated the requirement for third-party verification during crypto conversions. This significant shift coincides with CoinCash becoming the first firm licensed under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation, aka MiCA.

The removal of mandatory checks is expected to streamline digital asset transactions across Hungary, potentially boosting market activity by cutting red tape that previously slowed down conversions. CoinCash’s MiCA authorization marks a milestone since the regulation aims to unify crypto service standards across the EU member states.

By awarding this initial license, EU authorities highlight a move towards clearer, safer frameworks for crypto operators. Investors and users in Hungary can now expect more straightforward access to digital assets, reflecting the broader push for regulated yet user-friendly crypto markets.
