Ethereum's rise against Bitcoin has reached its strongest point in 12 weeks, settling at 0.0289 ETH/BTC. This surge marks a key breakout above the descending resistance line, signaling renewed investor interest in the altcoin space. Historically, such a move suggests capital flows shifting into Ethereum, often preceding broader altcoin rallies.

The total crypto market capitalization has absorbed around $57.39 billion since July 24, fueling Ethereum's recent momentum. Analysts point to fractal patterns and market correlations that often herald continued upward trends.

Technical Indicators Show Bullish Signals

Analyst Daan Crypto highlights that Ethereum needs to reclaim key technical levels, including the 200-period moving average and exponential moving average, while maintaining above the 0.03 mark to sustain this bullish momentum. Currently, ETH/BTC sits just above this threshold.

Michael Van de Poppe focuses on Ethereum's short-term breakout from support near $1,825. He expects the price to revisit the local high around $2,464 soon. Van de Poppe describes this build-up as a potential breakout toward $2,000+ for the first time in over two months.

Looking further ahead, Van de Poppe notes that Ethereum is forming a bullish triangle similar to the one before the post-COVID-19 rally. Holding this support could pave the way for a substantial rebound, with long-term price targets ranging between $12,000 and $17,000.

The Puell Multiple, a market valuation indicator, has recently exited undervaluation territory, suggesting capital is flowing back into the crypto market. Maintaining this positive trend will be key for sustained recovery.
