Since June 2025, Circle President Heath Tarbert has offloaded nearly $30.8 million worth of CRCL shares according to recent SEC Form 4 filings. The disclosures outline 10 transactions involving stock sales and option exercises without any reported open market purchases.

Details of the Transactions and Remaining Holdings

Tarbert, former Chairman of the US CFTC, executed multiple trades mainly consisting of stock sales and option exercises totaling approximately $30.77 million. Despite these sales, he continues to hold around 503,000 CRCL shares. The filings do not indicate any recent purchases to add to his holdings.

Earlier, Tarbert spoke to FOX Business following CRCL’s price drop from near $260 to around $62. He stressed the company’s priority remains building financial infrastructure for the Internet rather than focusing on short-term stock price fluctuations, stating the stock will "take care of itself" if business objectives are met.

Insider sales often attract attention from investors who analyze motives that may include tax planning, personal finance, or exercising stock options. Given Tarbert’s substantial residual stake, observers are likely to watch both SEC disclosures and the firm’s progress closely.
