ChangeNOW hired Martin Masser, who previously worked in the TON ecosystem, as its Director of Strategic Partnerships. The move signals the platform is pushing beyond standalone swap and trading tools toward a unified app where users can buy, store, swap, trade, send, receive, and grow assets without jumping between services.
The crypto industry has built most of the individual pieces. Wallets exist. Networks exist. Payment rails exist. But users still bounce between platforms, decode different networks, and wire things together themselves. ChangeNOW's bet is that bundling these into one experience removes friction at scale.
Building the Connections That Matter
Masser's job isn't to rack up partnership press releases. It's to identify which integrations actually strengthen the product and which just clutter it. His background spans traditional banking, Web2, and Web3 growth roles. At ChangeNOW, he'll lead deals with blockchain networks, wallet makers, fintech firms, payment providers, and infrastructure partners.
Pauline Shangett, ChangeNOW's Chief Strategy Officer, said Masser brings something rare: he understands what the tech can do, what the business needs, and how to make the market care. "That is exactly the perspective we need as we build the ChangeNOW super app," she said.
The Real Challenge Ahead
Super apps work when they solve a genuine problem. In crypto, that problem is fragmentation. A user wanting to hold stablecoins, trade them, send them to a friend, and earn yield currently needs multiple apps and multiple logins. ChangeNOW is betting that one interface with the right infrastructure behind it wins.
Masser's mandate is direct: build relationships that make the product stronger, simpler, and more useful, then help the market understand why they matter. For wallet builders, networks, payment systems, stablecoin projects, and Web3 infrastructure teams, he's explicitly open to conversations.
