RWA Custody and Market Participants
Spiko leads custody services on Stellar, managing $1.2 billion in assets that include government debt and European Treasury bills. tokenized European government securities and Euro-denominated funds tracking short-term rates make up most of this portfolio. Other key players include Franklin Templeton and Germany's Bitbond Finance GmbH, both expanding their presence in Stellar’s RWA ecosystem.
Looking ahead, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) intends to integrate a portion of its $114 trillion traditional securities market onto Stellar’s blockchain during the first quarter of 2027. This move could significantly boost the network's adoption and RWA volume.
XLM Price Movement and Market Signals
Despite growing RWA adoption, Stellar's native token XLM has yet to experience a clear price breakthrough. On shorter timeframes, indicators send conflicting signals: the 4-hour chart shows positive momentum with a Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) reading of 0.12, while the 1-hour chart points to a possible sell-off.
On a daily scale, XLM’s CMF is neutral at zero, reflecting uncertainty amid geopolitical tensions and sideways trading in commodities like gas and gold. This lack of decisive price action contrasts with Bitcoin’s recent recovery above $65,600.
