Rezolve AI PLC shares rose 4.59% intraday to $2.3950 following a new commercial agreement with UK fintech platform Zilch. The partnership integrates Rezolve AI’s Reward commerce platform into Zilch’s payment ecosystem, expanding AI-powered commerce capabilities across the UK.
Expansion Through Zilch Integration
By connecting Reward with Zilch’s payment network, Rezolve AI enables personalized retailer engagement directly within customer payment flows. Zilch serves almost six million users in the UK and processes over $3.3 billion in merchant spending annually. This collaboration therefore grants Rezolve AI access to a broad consumer and merchant base, enhancing its presence in digital payments and AI-driven commerce.
The Reward platform links financial institutions, retailers, payment providers, and consumers, allowing brands to target customers during purchase decisions within financial environments. Merchants benefit from an additional channel to deliver personalized offers as part of the payment experience.
This deal adds to Rezolve AI’s existing partnerships with major financial entities such as Barclays, Visa, Mastercard, NatWest, and Mashreq. The Reward platform has cumulatively delivered more than $2 billion in cashback via its partner network, highlighting its scale and influence.
The company said the partnership reinforces its position in AI commerce infrastructure, moving beyond basic customer engagement to integrated commerce services that combine shopping, loyalty, payments, and customer interaction through connected technology. Rezolve AI views embedded payment experiences as the future, aiming to support consumer intent with merchant recommendations at the point of transaction.
Recent agreements with Mashreq, Visa, and Tata Consultancy Services also contribute to Rezolve AI’s growth plan towards fiscal year 2026. These collaborations collectively broaden the company’s reach across financial services and commerce sectors.
