Confirmo has unveiled an automated subscription payment service utilizing stablecoins, aimed at enterprise merchants operating on the Solana and Polygon networks. This new service facilitates recurring billing through over 700 supported wallets and exchange accounts, streamlining subscription payments for various businesses.

Service Overview

The automated billing system is designed for software providers, trading platforms, and subscription-based businesses, allowing easy integration into existing payment systems with minimal operational changes. After customer authorization through compatible wallets or exchange accounts, the system supports automated collections. The service specifically utilizes USDC and USDG, issued by Circle and Paxos respectively.

Confirmo has established a partnership with Paxos to enhance its U.S. stablecoin payment services, which is critical as enterprise demand for stablecoin transactions grows. This collaboration aims to improve market access and payment infrastructure, essential for businesses looking to utilize stablecoin payments efficiently.

Operational Efficiency

With a WalletConnect integration, users can connect with any of the 700 supported self-custody wallets. This flexibility allows for payments from eligible exchange accounts, enhancing customer convenience. Scheduled payments are processed automatically on designated billing dates, minimizing the risk of failed transactions that commonly disrupt subscription services.

All completed and scheduled payments appear in the existing Confirmo merchant dashboard, providing businesses with a unified interface to monitor subscription activities alongside other stablecoin transactions. By maintaining subscription pricing in U.S. dollars, Confirmo mitigates exposure to fluctuations in digital asset prices, ultimately lowering cross-border payment costs.

This automated collection process is designed to significantly reduce instances of payment failures following customer approval. Thus, merchants can enhance their recurring revenue collection without relying on repetitive manual payment confirmations.
