Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced on July 20, 2026, that its total crypto assets, cash, and marketable securities reached $11.5 billion. This includes 5,777,468 Ethereum tokens, representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million.
The company's ETH holdings are valued at approximately $9.2 billion using the Coinbase price of $1,879 per token. Bitmine also holds 207 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and $58 million in Eightco Holdings, a rare publicly traded equity providing indirect exposure to OpenAI.
In addition to crypto assets, Bitmine maintains $385 million in cash and marketable securities. The firm repurchased 5.5 million common shares last week at an average price of $15.62 under an authorized $4 billion buyback program, aiming to enhance shareholder value.
Staking and Institutional Support
Bitmine has 4,917,189 ETH staked through MAVAN, the Made in America Validator Network, a platform launched in early 2026 for institutional-grade Ethereum staking. MAVAN supports both Bitmine's treasury and institutional investors.
The company is backed by prominent institutional investors including ARK's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, Pantera, Kraken, Galaxy Digital, and Thomas "Tom" Lee, who also serves as chairman.
Bitmine has steadily acquired ETH weekly since starting its ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025, although recent ETH purchases slowed due to the share repurchase activity. On June 26, 2026, Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index. Its Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.
