Bitcoin’s rally past $66,000 caused significant gains for Circle Internet Group (CRCL), BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), and MicroStrategy (MSTR), with CRCL jumping as much as 8.6% on Tuesday. Investors are positioning ahead of the Federal Reserve’s July policy meeting, which could influence these stocks’ trajectories.

Market Movement and Technical Breakthroughs

Circle Internet Group led the advance, closing at $71.08 from an opening price of $68.94. It reached an intraday high near $72.68, surpassing a descending channel resistance zone established since early June. This breakout level around $65 now serves as initial support if prices retrace. Momentum indicators such as Aroon Up at 85.71% and Aroon Down at zero show strong upward momentum. However, Chaikin Money Flow remains negative at -0.25, indicating limited sustained capital inflows. The next resistance is projected between $75 and $80, while a move back below $65 would undermine the breakout’s strength.

BMNR rose by 3.61%, closing at $17.23 after trading between $16.69 and $17.24. This gain followed news that BitMine acquired 7,430 additional Ethereum tokens in the past week, boosting its total to 5.78 million ETH. The company also announced a share buyback program ahead of the Fed meeting, signaling confidence from management amid market uncertainties.

Federal Reserve Impact and Legislative Developments

The Federal Reserve’s July decision is poised to affect the momentum of these stock rallies as monetary policy expectations weigh on investor sentiment. Meanwhile, U.S. lawmakers are advancing closer to passing the CLARITY Act, aiming to provide clearer regulatory frameworks for digital assets. Such clarity is supporting companies with direct cryptocurrency price exposure, stablecoin activity, and corporate crypto holdings, including CRCL and BMNR.

MicroStrategy, which reclaimed the key $100 level, also benefited from the crypto market’s recent strength, with Ethereum trading above $1,900 and XRP exceeding $1.14 on the same day. The total market capitalization for cryptocurrencies rose to $2.26 trillion, marking a 2.08% increase within 24 hours.
