Ethereum Staking and Large Holder Movements

Ethereum's staking ratio has reached an all-time high of 33.9%, equating to about 40.9 million ETH locked in validators, based on Token Terminal data. also around 2.47 million ETH is queued for staking with an estimated 43-day waiting period, while the exit queue remains at zero. The current staking annual percentage rate (APR) stands near 2.64%.

Large investors have been transferring significant amounts of ETH from exchanges to staking wallets. Recently, three new wallets withdrew a combined 30,000 ETH, worth almost $58 million, from Coinbase Prime. Other sizable withdrawals occurred from Binance and Gemini prior to staking.

These withdrawals reduce the supply of ETH available for trading on exchanges. Meanwhile, Ethereum faces resistance between $1,963 and $2,000, with analyst Ali Martinez suggesting that a firm close above $2,000 could pave the way for gains above $2,060.
