Binance is yanking four spot trading pairs off its platform next week. QNT/BTC, RPL/USDC, SIGN/BNB, and SKL/USDC will stop trading on August 7 at 03:00 UTC, the exchange announced. The delisting follows Binance's routine review of listed pairs, where poor liquidity and weak volume tend to seal a token's fate.

The platform says it does this to keep the marketplace clean and protect users. Spot trading bots attached to these four pairs will also get shut down. Anyone running automated trades on QNT, RPL, SIGN, or SKL needs to cancel or modify their bots before the cutoff to avoid getting caught flat-footed.

More tokens headed for the exit

This August purge runs deeper than just four pairs. Binance has flagged six additional tokens for delisting later in the month. Across Protocol, Hashflow, PIVX, Vulcan Forged, Vanar, and Vic will all lose their spot trading pairs, though exact dates haven't been locked in yet. The exchange has been tightening standards across its listings as competition heats up and regulators keep closer watch on crypto exchanges.
