Two major European crypto platforms merge custody and trading operations

Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have completed their merger, combining two significant European infrastructure players into a single entity. The deal brings together Stuttgart's established custody capabilities with Tradias' trading infrastructure, marking a consolidation wave in the region's institutional crypto sector.

The combined operation now handles both safeguarding digital assets and executing trades under unified management.
