Only $7 worth of SHIB tokens went up in smoke over the past 24 hours. That's 1.38 million coins, a sharp drop from the day before when the burn rate jumped 706%. The daily decline hit 87.63%, marking a sharp reversal in activity.

The slowdown doesn't tell the full story though. Look at the monthly picture instead. Over the last 30 days, 3.47 billion SHIB got burned, pushing the monthly rate up 1,351%. That's a massive acceleration compared to just a week ago, when weekly burns fell 69.94% with 315.80 million tokens removed.

WoofSwap leads the charge, sending over 3 billion SHIB to dead wallets in the past month. Robinhood follows with 154 million burned in the same stretch. Since the project started its burn program, 410 trillion SHIB have been removed from circulation across 21,473 transactions, cutting into the original 1 quadrillion supply.
