Bithumb, South Korea's second-largest crypto exchange, announced plans to go public in 2028. They intend to submit for a preliminary listing review as early as 2027.
The exchange is rolling out six significant changes aimed at boosting transparency and tightening internal controls. These updates also focus on safeguarding customer assets more effectively.
This move comes amid increased scrutiny of crypto platforms and follows ongoing market shifts, including recent actions by major players like Binance, which has removed several tokens to uphold listing standards.
