Bitget kicked off its Fan Story campaign on August 5, asking its 125 million users to share how they got into crypto and what trading on the platform means to them. The exchange is offering rewards from a pool that can reach $50,000 as more people submit entries through August 31.
The stories don't have to be wins. Someone could write about their first losing trade, joining the community after a rough patch in other markets, or their first time buying US equities through Bitget's rToken feature. Submissions come as articles, videos, or images, judged on how real and original they feel, not polish.
Gracy Chen, Bitget's CEO, framed it simply. "Behind every trader is a story of how they got started, what they've learned, and the people they've met along the way." That's the whole point. Crypto grew because people shared knowledge in forums, Discord servers, and group chats. Bitget is just formalizing what already happens.
Entries go live between now and the end of August across social channels and the campaign page. The exchange runs it in phases to keep momentum going. Winners get announced as participation climbs and the prize pool expands.
