Ark Invest moved $43.5 million into Coinbase and Circle shares while trimming stakes in Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Bullish, and Block, signaling a reshuffle rather than a pullback from crypto equities.

The changes came as the cryptocurrency market cap climbed 0.5% to $2.29 trillion, with daily trading volume rising to $59.1 billion from $56 billion the day before.

Over three days, Ark bought 122,544 Coinbase shares worth nearly $18.6 million and 169,777 Circle shares valued at $12.9 million. These purchases took place during a dip in their stock prices, alongside Bitcoin’s slowdown and softer expectations for US crypto regulations.

Meanwhile, Ark sold off shares in Bitmine ($BMNR), Bullish, and Block companies it had stocked up on during previous market drops. The firm’s earlier investments reached $16.8 million in Bullish and $7.6 million in Bitmine, leaving room to reduce exposure without abandoning its long-term outlook.

It’s important to note that Block operates across payments, merchant services, and bitcoin products, so selling it along with Bullish and Bitmine suggests Ark is trimming volatile crypto equity risk broadly rather than fleeing digital asset bets specifically.

Ark’s sustained buying in Coinbase and Circle amid market weakness reflects stronger conviction in these two names compared to those it cut. These moves show active portfolio management amid shifting crypto market dynamics.
